Chris is a Thailand-based Wellbeing and Performance Coach.

He is a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, a certified Sports Nutrition Consultant and for the past 3 years has been the General Manager of one of Thailand's leading Health and Wellness Resorts.

He is optimistic, honest and he sincerely wants to help people reach their optimal wellbeing. Underlying his education and training is a depth of lived experience that fortifies his ability to connect, understand and build plans for his clients.
