Chris comes from a past of severe asthma, debilitating panic attacks, & chronic allergies. From the age of 2 ½ to 15 he experienced frequent hospitalizations... he was put on steroids, was allergic to almost everything, and lived in chronic fear of an unknown force that could stop his breath at any time. Due to these experiences, he chose to dedicate his life to searching for the most effective ways to thrive with stress, anxiety, and panic.
On his journey he has traveled to over 30 countries, sat in multi week silent meditation retreats in Thailand, became a SSI Dive Control Specialist, floated for hours in sensory deprivation tanks, and took month long treks through the Himalayas.
In 2018 he first discovered the incredible benefits of conscious breathwork & realized he had found his calling in life. Since that moment, he has studied directly under Wim Hof in Poland becoming a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. He completed his Advanced Oxygen Advantage training and Buteyko Instructor certification with Patrick McKeown. And recently completed an Advanced Yoga Practices 200hr instructor training in Thailand.
Chris now is a sought after retreat leader contributing to world wide events such as Synergy - The Retreat Show in Ibiza 2022 and is a featured Pulmonaut at James Nestor's "Breath" retreat in Costa Rica March 2023.
He understands that all methodologies have their strengths and weaknesses, depending on where they are being applied, and is grounded in gaining a holistic view in order to synthesize and apply them in the most powerful ways to you!
