Claire Kelly is a former FIVB beach volleyball player and freelance journalist who switched into alternative healing after retiring from sport.

Already a qualified Psychosomatic Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, MBIT Coach (Multiple Brain Integration) Claire recently added the Oxygen Advantage Instructor qualification to her skill set. (March 2021)

Her work, primarily based in person on the Gold Coast (and online), centres around helping clients to manage and balance stress. She delivers practical everyday tools and exercises to help others live their optimal life with a big focus on prevention over cure.
