Certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor I am a breathwork coach and the founder of Know Thyself Biofeedback, dedicated to helping individuals harness the power of their breath for optimal health, stress management, and peak performance. My background coaching figure skating and personal experience with breathwork led me to integrate the Oxygen Advantage method into my teaching. I was drawn to its science-based approach, which aligns with my commitment to evidencebased practices that deliver real, measurable results.

I offer in-person sessions, based in Winnipeg, Canada. I enjoy working with individuals looking to enhance athletic performance, manage stress, improve sleep, and optimize their health.
