With a background in elite sports, I played for the junior national basketball team of Switzerland at a young age. My journey took a profound turn after a serious knee injury forced me to step away from high-level athletics. It was during this challenging time that I discovered the power of meditation and breathwork — a path that would not only support my recovery but ultimately reshape my life.
In my search for sustainable well-being, I encountered the Oxygen Advantage® method, which became a personal breakthrough. I moved from a dysfunctional to a functional breathing pattern, leading to dramatic improvements in my health, energy, and mental clarity.
