I’m the author of two books, Cuídate Mucho and Conquista tu Indisciplina, and since 2018 I’ve been running my own coaching, training, and consulting company. I specialize in helping high-achieving leaders sustain peak performance without compromising their health or well-being. My work is rooted in a holistic, multidimensional approach that integrates physiology, mindset, and emotional regulation.
I’m also passionate about working with children and teenagers, teaching them how to manage emotions and build confidence using breathing techniques and meditation, inspired by my experience raising two mindful daughters.
I discovered Oxygen Advantage while searching for a structured, science-backed system to complement my existing tools. I was immediately drawn to its clarity, measurable progress, and evidence-based techniques. Today, I integrate the Oxygen Advantage method as a foundational element in my programs to help individuals build resilience, improve energy levels, and gain greater mental clarity—all essential for sustainable high performance in today’s demanding world.
I currently teach from Houston, Texas (USA), offering both in-person and online sessions. I work from my home studio and also facilitate workshops and events in various locations, including corporate and community settings.
My main clients are Spanish-speaking executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders who want to sustain high performance without sacrificing their well-being. I especially enjoy working with individuals experiencing burnout or high-pressure situations, as I’ve seen how powerful breathing and self-regulation tools can be in restoring energy, clarity, and presence.
I also work with children aged six and older, as well as teenagers, teaching them how to use breathing to calm their minds, focus, and build self-confidence through simple, effective, age-appropriate methods.
I offer one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and corporate wellness programs, combining the science of breathing with coaching, mindfulness, and sustainable high-performance strategies.
