Hi, My name is Kamil and I am certified Kettlebell Instructor. I have found Oxygen Advantage through one of the Kettlebell Workshops that I was attending. The head instructor was also Oxygen Advantage Certified instructor who gave me a huge dose of informations and exercises. Directly after, I bought Patrick’s Books and started to learn more about all the benefits of nasal breathing. I knew from the beginning that I will benefit from it, same as people I work with. I implement OA exercises in kettlebell training for my clients and also use them to prepare myself for hiking at high altitude.
