After falling into a deep depression at the end of 2020, rather than turn to pharmaceuticals, Kevin began practicing breathwork. Within 1 week his depression was gone and his mindset completely transformed. At that point he made it his mission to understand the full capability of the breath.
He began freediving, practicing cold therapy, and studying various breathwork modalities. Along with being an Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Kevin is a Peak Flow Breathwork Coach, he is certified in pranayama, and studied with breathwork author James Nestor.
Kevin teaches the importance of functional breathing using various forms of hormesis to push the body to it's full potential. He now leads breathwork retreats, teaches to clients online, and leads cold plunge exercises on the beach in Playa Del Carmen.
