I am a founder and Instructor Trainer at Kaizen Freediving school in Koh Tao, Thailand.

Breathwork is an essential part of Freediving, so teaching students to correct breathing has been a part of my life since 2014.

It is no secret in a Freediving community that breathwork helps to remove fears, build confidence and achieve a calm state of mind.

Now, when I become a certified instructor of Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing, I would love to share my knowledge not only with my Freediving students but with anyone, both online and in person.
