Sherry Boxall

Sherry began her holistic health career as a Clinical Nutrition Coach in 2006.

After several years of practicing a combination of nutrition and bodywork, Sherry went on to retrain as a certified Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coach. Sherry is also an Instructor of both Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage breathwork and has certificates in CBTi and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Sherry currently owns and operates Vital Rest Sleep Coaching where she uses a mixture of breathwork, mindfulness and cognitive techniques to help clients enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
