Précédemment artiste lyrique, auteur-compositeur-interprète, comédienne, coach en projection de la voix et parallèlement coach en bien-être et développement personnel depuis une vingtaine d’années, me voici à présent instructeur avancée de l’Oxygen Advantage, également formée aux techniques de respiration contrôlée d’Inspire Potential niveau 1 et 2.
Je me suis remise sur pieds sans aucune molécule chimique après un burn-out survenu en 2015, par la pratique quotidienne d’une méthode que j’ai créée pour me soigner.
Cette méthode réunit outre la synthèse de mes connaissances dans les domaines de l’hygiène alimentaire et de l’hormèse, une combinaison de mouvements physiologiques activateurs d’énergie, couplés à des techniques de respiration contrôlée.
La synergie de ces pratiques constitue un outil très efficace, qui permet de se recharger en énergie de façon entièrement naturelle, d’établir durablement une respiration fonctionnelle et par là une bonne oxygénation cellulaire, pour prévenir l’épuisement et récupérer aisément après l’effort.
Ces connaissances sont partagées au cours d’ateliers collectifs in vivo et en ligne, ainsi qu’en séances de coaching individuelles.
J‘encourage toute personne réellement désireuse d’améliorer son bien-être à s’approprier cette méthode pour une existence plus épanouie et sereine.
Previously a lyrical artist, singer-songwriter, actress, voice projection coach and simultaneously a wellness and personal development coach for the past twenty years, I am now an advanced instructor of Oxygen Advantage, also trained in Inspire Potential level 1 and 2 controlled breathing techniques.
I got back on my feet without any chemical molecules after a burn-out in 2015, by practicing daily a method I created to heal myself.
This method gathers, in addition to the synthesis of my knowledge in the fields of food hygiene and hormesis, a combination of physiological movements activators of energy, coupled with controlled breathing techniques.
The synergy of these practices constitutes a very effective tool, which allows to recharge energy in a completely natural way, to establish a lasting functional breathing and thus a good cellular oxygenation, to prevent exhaustion and to recover easily after the effort.
This knowledge is shared in group workshops in vivo and online, as well as individual coaching sessions.
