Hello, my name is Steve Pere, currently living in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Got certified for Oxygen advantage in December 2021
Having played international level rugby and coached sport throughout his career, Steve uses this experience to create programs that look beyond the short term. Functional and S&C training methods are integrated in every session.
I came across Oxygen advantage in my work place, at The bridge | Lifestyle hub, where all coaches had to become functional breathing instructor to try to includes breathing techniques in all classes, Personal Training sessions and any specialized breath work session.
I currently integrate my breath work expertise in face to face at The Bridge | lifestyle hub, Abu Dhabi, UAE. I Generally use Oxygen Advantage protocols to help people achieve their best results, change their lifestyle, distress, be more proactive and help them correct their posture, as it’s a goo way to get a balanced daily parasympathetic state.
