I am currently a certified Level 2 CrossFit coach, who owns and runs a Holistic Health Hub on the Mid North Coast, NSW, Australia. While I am a huge advocate for fitness being a part of wellbeing, I also recognise we are complex humans living in a complex world. If we are going to be able to support clients in reaching their true potential, then the whole individual needs to be recognised and coached from a holistic perspective. Moreover, fitness does not just involve being able to move well, but alternatively offer coping methods and mindsets of empowerment that will drive us both in a workout and life. ‘
Therefore, my goal for clients is to achieve the outcomes of being able to use the inner strength of the breath, to negotiate better performance in workouts, stressful situations, everyday life and therefore overall health. My mission is to build empowerment in each person so they can access the inbuilt tool of the breath to improve every aspect of their lives.
