Thiago is a breathing specialist by Oxygen Advantage, he also has two other training courses, one as a Mindfulness Instructor by M.T.I and another as Meditative Techniques Applied in the School. more assertive and conscious choices.

As a MindKids Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Certified Trainer, Thiago guides students/people towards this awareness primarily through breathing. Through breathing we can take people to another level of consciousness.

Through training, Thiago combined Oxygen Advantage and Mindfulness techniques, enhancing the process of self-knowledge through breathing.
