This session is designed specifically for yoga teachers — whether you are newly qualified, have been teaching for years, or are somewhere in between. If you already incorporate breath into your classes but want a deeper, more scientific understanding of how it works and how to teach it more effectively, this is for you. You do not need any prior knowledge of Oxygen Advantage® or functional breathing science.

None beyond your existing yoga teaching practice. If you have been trained in pranayama, that background will give you useful context — but it is not required. The session is designed to complement what you already know, not replace it. Whether you come from a traditional yogic background or a more modern movement-based approach, the content will be relevant and immediately applicable.

Yes. A large part of the session is focused on practical integration — how to apply functional breathing principles to the classes you are already teaching. You will leave with specific cues, observational tools, and a clearer framework for working with students' breath in real time. Many teachers find they can adjust their language and approach in their very next class.

The session takes place live on Saturday, June 20. We recommend joining a few minutes early to get settled — have a mat nearby if you can, as we will move through some short breathing practices during the session.

Yes. If you cannot attend live, register anyway and we will send you the replay. We recommend watching live if you can — there will be interactive exercises and a live Q&A with Tiger at the close — but the replay captures the full session and will be available for a limited time after the event.
