Tiger Bye is an international yoga educator and Oxygen Advantage® Master Instructor, and one of the lead faculty teachers on the Breathing for Yoga Instructor Training.
She specializes in the intersection of functional breathing science and yoga — helping teachers move beyond technique to understand the physiology behind the breath, and how to apply it in real time with every student in the room.
Tiger works with individuals, groups, and organisations across the world, bringing evidence-based breathing practices into yoga classes, corporate settings, and retreat programmes. Her approach is grounded in awareness first: when students and teachers understand how their breathing actually works, everything else — the poses, the cues, the nervous system regulation — becomes more precise, more effective, and more lasting.
