A Background in Pressure and Performance
My journey started in sports—football and kickboxing—and I've carried the lessons of pressure, fatigue, and focus with me into every role I’ve taken since. I’ve worked in physically demanding jobs, sat long hours in the corporate world, and felt the heavy toll of stress, burnout, and monkey mind. I know what it’s like to feel reactive, scattered, and short of breath—both literally and metaphorically.

That all began to shift the moment I discovered the Oxygen Advantage® method. Through consistent practice, I’ve experienced firsthand how breathwork builds not just physical endurance but mental resilience. Today, I’m calmer, more focused, and more grounded—on the field, in front of a crowd, and in everyday life.
Coaching Elite Athletes to New Heights
And I’m not the only one. I’ve had the privilege of coaching elite athletes and high-performers across Poland, including a top-division football team and a national kickboxing champion. These athletes didn’t just improve their endurance and focus—they experienced deeper sleep, reduced stress, and even found their voice in high-pressure situations like public speaking and exams.
