Adam Zschäbitz

I am Adam, a Certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, Emotion Code practitioner and PFS Kids & Youth Sports Coach, with certification in Psychology in High-Performance Sport.
My passion is helping people around the world with their breathing problems, health issues and limiting mental beliefs, by improving how they function physically, mentally and emotionally.
Whether through structured breathing practices or energy healing sessions, I ensure that the people I work with are actively participating in the process of becoming the best version of themselves.
I believe real change happens when mind, body and breath work together. My approach is client-centered and I also guide people clients how to maintain their energetic health and develop their own intuitive abilities.
Every breathing programme or energy healing session is unique and tailored to your specific needs. I combine various modalities and follow intuitive guidance to provide the most effective healing experience possible.
