About Me
I have been helping people reconnect with their bodies and breathe better for nearly two decades. My professional journey began in 2006 as a kinesiologist, driven by a deep curiosity about how movement, breathing, and the nervous system shape our health and performance.
In 2014, I founded my osteopathic practice, where I work with clients seeking lasting solutions. My work focuses on identifying the deeper patterns behind chronic tension, dysfunctional breathing, and inefficient movement.
Over the years, I have expanded my expertise through advanced training, including Posturology certification (CIES, Dr. Bricot), Master Practitioner certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and certifications in both the Buteyko method and the Oxygen Advantage program under Patrick McKeown. I am the first certified Buteyko Clinic International instructor in Quebec and the only instructor in the province to hold both Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage Advanced certifications, bringing together two of the most respected approaches in functional and performance breathing. These disciplines allow me to address not only posture and movement, but also the breathing patterns, habits, and neurological factors that influence how we function and perform.
Through years of clinical experience and continuous study, I am developing a breath-centred integrative method called Breathavia. This evolving framework is built on three essential pillars of human function:
Breath: restoring efficient breathing patterns and improving respiratory function
Movement: optimizing posture, alignment, and coordinated movement to support how we breathe and perform
Consciousness: reshaping habits, internal patterns, and awareness to unlock greater resilience and human potential
The Breathavia Method continues to evolve as I integrate insights from modern breathing science, clinical osteopathy, and leading breathing methodologies.
My mission is simple: to help people breathe better, move better, and ultimately live better.
