About Me
A sound practitioner holding an Advanced Master Diploma in Sound Therapy, Aga is the founder of Inner Pulse. Originally from Poland, she has called Dublin home for the past 20 years.
After working for years in fast-moving corporate environments, Aga experienced how difficult it is to truly step back. Suffering from insomnia and anxiety, she began combining breath and sound as a regular practice, helping her regain a more settled state and eventually sleep through the night again.
She focuses her work on creating space for a structured pause: a deliberate break from constant input and endless doing. Starting with slow, guided breathing, people are invited to settle in and simply receive the sound.
Aga’s breathwork journey began in 2019 after completing a Wim Hof course, which gradually led her to functional breathing and the Oxygen Advantage® method. Today, Aga works with a “breath first, sound second” approach, using Oxygen Advantage® breathing techniques to help the body settle and create a foundation for sound. She also teaches sound and mindfulness in community settings. As an avid hiker, she incorporates functional breathing into outdoor group movement.
Where She Works
Based in North Dublin, Aga facilitates group sessions across Ireland, including regular breath and sound experiences in Maynooth and Castlebar. Her work is mobile, bringing sessions directly into workplaces, community spaces, day-service organisations, and private homes.
She aims to make breath and sound practices accessible and practical, creating space for people to simply pause.
