Allan Abbott

Allan has qualifications in Physiotherapy, Physical Education, Education, Ergonomics, Acupuncture and Breathing Education.

He has owned and operated a number of Physiotherapy clinics and has worked with elite athletes in Australia and overseas.

He is the director and owner of Health Innovations Australia, the Centre for Innovation and Excellence and has established the "Breathe Light Breathe Right" and the "Sleep Well Be Well" programs.

He also conducts Athletes Master Classes incorporating high altitude training After decades in the health care industry he believes breathing, sleep, diet, exercise and mindfulness are the major components to optimal health
