About Me
I am a Physiotherapist with over four years of clinical experience in community rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care. My work spans chronic pain, stroke rehabilitation, deconditioning, and sports-related injuries. Through years of clinical practice, I’ve come to recognise that breathing is often the missing link in recovery and performance.
As a strong advocate of lifestyle medicine, I integrate breathwork into rehabilitation for clients experiencing chronic pain, breathlessness, and anxiety. I believe that mastering light, slow, and deep nasal breathing can significantly influence pain perception, reduce dyspnoea, and calm the nervous system by improving oxygen utilisation and enhancing parasympathetic regulation.
In addition to my physiotherapy background, I am a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association. My approach blends corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, behavioural coaching, and evidence-informed breathing strategies to help individuals optimise both health and performance.
Whether you are recovering from injury, managing stress, or striving to enhance your physical capacity, I am committed to empowering you with practical tools that create sustainable change.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy forest therapy, hiking, and mountain climbing — experiences that continually deepen my appreciation for the power of breath in both nature and movement.
