About Me
My name is Andrew, I live in Clyde, Melbourne, with my wife and 2 dogs. I’m passionate about helping people to improve their health and wellness, and to reach their full potential physically, mentally and emotionally.
I have 18 years’ experience as a General Medical Nurse and more than 25 years as a Massage therapist, 10 years as a Remedial Therapist. I also hold a qualification in guiding and teaching Mindfulness and Meditation and teach regular classes. This sparked a desire in me to learn and practice more on how our breathing affects our psychology and our physiology.
My experience with breathing practices inspired me to become an Oxygen Advantage instructor. These techniques have brought me a calm, relaxed focus and improved my sleep, fitness and breathing patterns. I enjoy running and weight training and the oxygen advantage techniques have vastly improved my performance in this area.
Breathing is one of the most fundamental pillars of our health as it effects and influences every system of the body and it never ceases to amaze me that we have been given this tool that can change our body and brain feels and functions. We just need to learn how to use it.
Through 1:1 sessions, group trainings and workshops, in person and online, I help people and organisations to regulate their nervous systems and improve health, vitality, focus and performance by using the oxygen advantage method.
