Andros Rosas has a background in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Business Intelligence & Big Data. With a data-driven mindset, he values sharing practical, evidence-based knowledge.

His yoga journey has been shaped through practice, workshops, and teacher training with internationally recognized instructors.

Andros continues his personal journey practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as Pranayama.

In his classes, Andros emphasizes presence, breath, and honoring each student’s personal experience, drawing from his training in Yin Yoga (YYTT 50h), Ashtanga Vinyasa (1st series 100h Immersion), and Breathwork (Oxygen Advantage® Breathing for Yoga - Certified Instructor).

Through Oxygen Advantage®, Andros emphasizes how to elevate your personal practice by incorporating functional breathing exercises, considering the biochemical, biomechanical, and psychophysiological aspects of breathing.

Andros is based in Mexico and teaches online, and private face-to-face classes focused on yoga practitioners, as well as group trainings and workshops.
