About Me
As a Yoga Teacher and BACP Registered Therapist, I’m passionate about supporting people in a way that honours the connection between physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
My own yoga journey began in 2008, but it was during my recovery from Long Covid that I truly discovered the importance of functional breathing. That experience completely changed how I understood the breath — not just as something we do automatically, but as a powerful bridge between the body, the mind, and our emotional world.
Since then, I’ve integrated Oxygen Advantage practices into my therapeutic work, community yoga classes, and one-to-one breath coaching sessions. I support people in developing a healthier relationship with their breathing so they can feel calmer, more energised, and better able to navigate the pressures of everyday life.
I particularly enjoy working with people experiencing Long Covid, anxiety, chronic health conditions or pain, those navigating major life changes, or anyone who simply feels stuck and wants support reconnecting with themselves.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down to earth. Drawing from yoga, functional breathing, counselling, and psychology, I tailor sessions to meet each person’s individual needs.
I offer support both online and face-to-face in Southampton, Chandler’s Ford, and West Wellow near Romsey, UK, through three different pathways:
• Community Yoga Classes: - Friendly and accessible group sessions that combine traditional yoga with functional breathing practices and education.
• Functional Breathwork Coaching: - Dedicated one-to-one sessions focused on Oxygen Advantage techniques to support energy levels, stress management, breathing efficiency, and overall well-being.
• Integrative Therapeutic Counselling: - One-to-one counselling within a professional BACP framework, where we explore emotional and psychological challenges while using functional breathing as a practical tool for nervous system regulation and healing.
Whichever path feels right for you, my aim is to help you experience how something as natural and accessible as the breath can have a profound impact on both physical and emotional health.
