As a long-time dedicated student of life, musician, practicing stoic, explorer of depth psychology, meditator and Personal Trainer—in 2013, I decided to test my philosophies and worldview by becoming a Police Officer and Army Reservist.
In 2015, I was shot in the head at close range by an offender with a 12-gauge shot gun. I was fortunate enough to be born with a thick skull, and I returned to policing 6 weeks later.
In 2016, I trained with Wim Hof and started a small breathwork and cold exposure circle in Fitzroy North, Vic. This continued for many years until the complete shutdown of the state in 2020.
In 2021, I left policing and Victoria and studied nutrition and Functional Health Coaching at the Institute of Health and returned to Personal Training.
I quickly learned of the limitations to the WHM, stress activation and extreme cold exposure and adopted calming practices to develop the parasympathetic nervous system.
My main focus with training is now for actual-holistic, personalised, adaptable methods to assist people in achieving their wide array of physical training goals.
I am currently studying a psychological sciences and counselling degree with a hope to work with first responders in functional stress management and integration.
