Der Atem ist das A und O - seit 1989 arbeite ich als Atemtherapeutin nach der Methode Middendorf, der Erfahrbare Atem, 11 Jahre war ich Lehrbeauftragte an den Schweizer Atemschulen. Seit 2004 integriere ich die Buteyko Methode in meinem Leben und meiner Arbeit.
Da der Verstand, unser Denken und Fühlen einen so unmittelbaren Einfluss auf den Atem und unser Leben haben, liess ich mich zum Coach in "The Work" with Byron Katie ausbilden. Ich habe grosse Erfahrung bei Angst und Panikstörungen.
Ich bin eine Gründerin und Präsidentin des Vereins buteyko-schweiz - www.buteyko-schweiz.ch
Seit 2010 biete ich eine Ausbildung nach der Methode nach K. Buteyko an, ab 2020 wird es eine Ausbildung Buteyko und Sport für Trainer geben.
Ich begleite Menschen in Einzelsitzungen oder Gruppen und auch via Skype.
Breathing therapist and Buteyko practitioner. Since 1989 I have been practising breathing therapy after Prof. I. Middendorf "The Perceptible Breath" and was an instructor in the schools of Breathwork in Switzerland for 11 years. Since 2004 I integrate the Buteyko Method into my breathwork with very good results.
Realizing how mind and feelings immediately affect the way you breathe let me do the coach in "The Work" with Byron Katie. I have profound experience with anxiety and panic disorders.
I am a founder and head of the Buteyko Association in Switzerland - www.buteyko-schweiz.ch.
Since 2010 I am conducting trainings for people to be Buteyko Practitioners. And 2020 we are starting a training "Buteyko and Sports" with the Sports Center fit4life, www.fit4life.ch
I am teaching and accompaning clients in groups or individually as well as online via Skype
