Carlo Draghi

I am a UKCP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist and an EMCC-accredited coach specialising in resilience and performance under pressure.

After spending 18 years in financial services, including a Managing Director role at Morgan Stanley, working in high-pressure environments and leading teams, I now work with individuals and teams on performance, resilience, and stress regulation, drawing on both on my corporate experience and my clinical training.

I integrate Oxygen Advantage® and Buteyko methods as a practical tool within my approach. These support breathing efficiency and nervous system regulation, with direct effects on attention, response to pressure, and resilience.

I practice in Chisinau (Moldova) and London (United Kingdom), both online and face to face. My clients include professionals, NGO practitioners, and expats operating under sustained pressure, facing decision fatigue, or navigating periods of transition. These include people seeking to improve focus, regulate stress, and better understand how behavioural and physiological patterns shape performance.
