Chelsea Green

I’m a Physician Associate with almost nine years’ experience in healthcare. Having previously worked in general practice, caring for patients across all areas of primary care, I now specialise in women’s health. Alongside my clinical experience, I’ve developed a strong interest in the role of breathwork in supporting our physical and emotional wellbeing. I’m particularly passionate about how intentional breathing can help manage stress, support women through hormonal changes and encourage greater balance in everyday life. I believe that simple, sustainable practices like breathwork can be powerful tools for optimising health, resilience and overall wellbeing.
