Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor | Nervous System & Wellbeing Specialist
I am an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor dedicated to helping people improve their breathing, regulate their nervous system and unlock greater health, wellbeing and performance.
Through the Oxygen Advantage method, I help clients develop functional breathing habits that support better physical and mental wellbeing. Many people are unaware that dysfunctional breathing patterns can contribute to symptoms such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep, fatigue, reduced concentration and impaired performance. By improving breathing mechanics, breathing biochemistry and breath awareness, it is often possible to create meaningful improvements in how we feel, think and perform.
My approach combines the evidence-based principles of Oxygen Advantage with a practical, personalised style that is tailored to each individual. Whether your goal is to feel calmer, sleep more deeply, improve focus, enhance recovery, build resilience or optimise physical performance, I will work with you to develop breathing strategies that fit your lifestyle and support your long-term goals.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Senior Mental Health Lead within education, supporting the wellbeing of children, young people and adults. This professional background has given me extensive experience in understanding the relationship between stress, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and human performance, and how the breath can be a powerful tool for positive change.
