About Me
Connor combines deep, intentional bodywork and breath‑aware practices to help people move better, feel calmer and breathe deeper. His work is rooted in intentional, slow, and structural care, not quick fixes or surface-level relaxation.
Connor graduated from the Lauterstein‑Conway Massage School (2021) and has trained extensively in deep, structural, and breath-integrated methods. His training includes:
- David Lauterstein's Deep Massage Method (Costa Rica 2023)
- Buteyko Method (2023)
- Oxygen Advantage Method™ (2024)
- Psychophysiological Breath Training (2025)
- Ongoing studies at CHEK Academy
- Trainings at the Postural Restoration Institute
He combines these formal trainings with a lifelong personal practice in strength training, yoga, rowing, jiu-jitsu and mindful breathwork, giving him a broad and practical understanding of the body.
Connor has also spoken to corporations about breathwork, helping teams understand how intentional breathing and nervous-system regulation can improve performance, focus, and quality of life.
Connor works with a wide range of people: athletes, desk‑workers, folks carrying chronic tension, people recovering from training, or anyone dealing with posture strain, stress, or nervous‑system overload. Whether you train hard (CrossFit, climbing, BJJ, yoga, rowing, etc.) or sit at a desk all day, the body carries tension. Connor's job is to help you reset, and find depth and rest.
