About Me
I discovered Yoga in 2019 and have practiced without interruption ever since. At the end of 2022, I traveled to northern India to complete my 200-hours Teacher Training Course in an ashram, an experience that reshaped both my understanding of the practice and my direction as a teacher. Upon returning, I began teaching Hatha Yoga, which remains the foundation of all my classes and events. In 2023, I expanded my work by becoming a Gong Master, integrating sound sessions into my professional offering. Also, 2024 got me closer to Ayurveda, studying it ever since as well.
Over the years, I have organized retreats and events for hundreds of people across Romania and broader Europe. I currently run two signature retreat projects: Equilibrium, which combines yoga and sailing, and Natura, which combines yoga and hiking. Yoga philosophy is central to everything I do; guiding students to carry yogic principles into their daily lives, beyond the mat, is something I consider essential to the practice.
Pranayama changed my life in tangible ways, helping me resolve medical issues and bringing lasting mental clarity and stability. That personal experience drove me to pursue the Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing certification, deepening my knowledge of breathwork with a structured, science-backed framework that now informs my classes and sessions.
I teach both in-person in Bucharest, Romania, and online, working with people drawn to yoga, breathing, and meditation as tools for genuine, lasting well-being.
