I‘m a family, nature and movement addict. I discovered OxygenAdvantage through my passion for natural movements.
As a sports scientist with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Science and a physical educator, I have been working at the highschool in Solothurn, Switzerland since 2014. In 2020, I have increasingly dealt with the movement system MovNat (Natural Movement Fitness) and have now successfully completed all three levels of the coaching training and teach MovNat in group and private courses. In this context, I also came across OxygenAdvantage and immediately decided to start my education. In 2021, I was able to complete the education and became an Advanced Breathing Instructor. Since then I have been bringing many components of the OA breathing techniques into my MovNat courses, but also into the physical education lessons with my students.
For me, breathing is the absolute basis of natural movements and forms the foundation for any physical performance. True to the motto "Nothing beats the basics", everyone benefits from targeted breathing training. My courses are aimed at all people and levels, regardless of age and sporting background.
