My relationship with breath began long before I ever entered the water. For over a decade, I worked in People Development in London — helping individuals and organisations navigate change, build resilience, and perform under pressure. That work was always, at its core, about the human nervous system. I just didn’t have the language for it yet.
Today, I live and teach in Dahab, Egypt, as a certified freediving instructor, Lithuanian National Record Holder, and now certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor. The thread connecting all of it is breath.
Freediving gave me an unusually intimate relationship with breathing mechanics, CO₂ tolerance, and nervous system regulation — not as theory, but as lived practice. Descending into depth on a single breath taught me what no boardroom ever could: that performance lives at the intersection of physiology and psychology, and that breath is where those two worlds meet.
I work with athletes, professionals, and freedivers — online and in person — through 1:1 coaching, breathwork, freediving courses and coaching, and corporate workshops, helping people use breath as a practical tool for performance, resilience, and change.
Because breathing is not a background process. It is the foundation.
