Dr. David Deppeler is the founder of Breathe Your Truth, a resource created to help people find their best breath through technology, guided practice, and self-discovery. He fuses wisdom teachings, modern science, adult learning theory, and clinical experience to create rich, collaborative, team-learning experiences. Passionate about his paddleboard, Labrador, and stretching his own thinking.
