Francesco Gatti

I’m a meditation, functional breathing and lifestyle expert, and author of the book “Bliss Out. Life is not about sitting silently, so why should meditation be?”

I’m the co-founder of Bliss Out and Meditare Bene that promote a culture of health and well-being based on meditation, functional breathing, and lifestyle interventions that anyone can implement into their day-to-day lives.

I bring a holistic approach to wellbeing and understand how to use the latest cutting-edge technology, scientific research and ancient wisdom to improve wellbeing.

I hold relevant qualifications in functional breathing, meditation and counselling, which adds a lot of knowledge and credibility to what I do.
