About Me
My journey with breathing began with cold therapy. Taking ice-cold baths in the Aare river in Bern, I discovered the central role of breath in managing cold. This led me to explore the Wim Hof Method — a powerful tool for specific situations like cold exposure. Driven by a deep intuition, curiosity, and a desire to understand how breath can truly transform mind and body, I soon discovered Oxygen Advantage®, an approach I found complementary yet distinct: slow, light, deep breathing designed to be integrated into every moment of the day — not just as a temporary tool, but as a permanent, sustainable and holistic way of living.
I realized that conscious breathing is not a miracle trick or a passing trend. It is a return to the essentials.
Simple, profound, accessible to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
“Breathe, move & play” is the essence of my philosophy. All my passions converge in one conviction: breath is foundation, movement is gratitude, and play is the catalyst. Breathe consciously. To live better, move better, play better.
My goal is to apply conscious breathing to daily life, work, and especially sport. As a tennis coach, I aim and strive to pave a path that remains largely unexplored: recognizing the vital importance of breathing in this wonderful sport.
Seeking to prioritize quality over quantity in breathing? Oxygen Advantage® is for you. With willingness and commitment, you can retrain your body to do more with less.
I work with anyone who breathes — curious individuals, athletes and professionals who want to improve sleep, manage stress, and unlock their talents. Based between Switzerland and France, I offer both in-person and online support based on scientific principles, yet deeply human and authentic.
