About Me
I'm a coach working with drivers and riders in the world of motorsport based in the UK, working with clients all over the world.
Initially I trained in the 90's as a hypnotherapist then a long career as an Audiologist before becoming a mental performance development coach.
For more than 10 years I've been using the skills I've learned over the years and I've been integrating different methodologies and practices into my practices such NLP, Hypnotherapy and HRV training, Mindfulness as well as Coaching and part of that has incorporated breathing practices.
I've personally been a fan of mouth taping and the Oxygen Advantage approach since the publication of the initial book and have now incorporated the functional breathing practices from the Oxygen Advantage into my work with my clients to improve their mental and physical resilience and performance.
My experience and clients over the last few years have also included clients from MMA, Judo, Wrestling, Down Hill Mountain Biking as well as my core clients in motorsport from F1 down to first time Karters as well as helping CEO's and people in business apply the same tools I teach to top drivers and riders to 'get the edge'.
As 'Motorsportmind' I help drivers and riders reduce their mental noise by learning to control both their mind and body and allow them to do what they know how to do and get the best performance they can when it matters.
