About Me
Helen Croydon teaches breathwork to optimise physical and cognitive performance.
She discovered breathwork in her quest to become more productive – both in her professional life as an author and writing coach, and in her personal life as an endurance athlete. After discovering the vast physiological benefits of functional breathing, she became a convert.
Using the Oxygen Advantage method, she delivers short one-on-one sessions online; and longer, group, in-person workshops in the Brighton or London area. Her speciality is helping people improve sports performance and brain power. She particularly loves helping endurance athletes or ambitious career professionals reach new heights!
Helen is author of three books - including an award-long-listed memoir about discovering triathlon called This Girl Ran. She is the ghostwriter of two further books, was a national news journalist for 15 years and ran a PR agency for five years.
She draws on breathwork exercises - and her wider knowledge on wellness - for her writing clients too. This is because her fundamental philosophy in both strands of her coaching is that health and lifestyle are interlinked with productivity.
