About Me
Jab is a sports medicine trainer, breathing educator, & founder of Movement & Sports Medicine Centre in Singapore, with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals improve movement, health, & performance. He is also the founder of the Integrated Training Institute (ITI), where he develops professional education programmes for trainers, therapists, & movement professionals.
His professional background combines exercise science, sports medicine, osteopathy-informed training principles, yoga, & breathwork. Over the years he has worked with a wide range of individuals, from those seeking better everyday health to athletes aiming to improve endurance, recovery, & physical performance.
Jab became an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor as part of his continued study of respiratory physiology & functional breathing. The Oxygen Advantage method provides the scientific foundation for much of his breathing education, focusing on nasal breathing, carbon dioxide tolerance, & respiratory efficiency.
Building upon this foundation, Jab developed BreathEra, a breathing education system that integrates respiratory physiology, neuroscience, movement, & traditional breath practices. As a BreathEra licensed facilitator, he teaches breathing techniques designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, & physical performance.
In addition to individual coaching, Jab delivers breathing workshops, corporate wellness programmes, & educational events for organisations looking to improve focus, stress resilience, & performance through practical breathing training.
He teaches both in-person sessions in Singapore & online programmes internationally..
