About Me
Building Resilience and Psychological Safety in the Corporate Environment
With nearly four decades of professional experience across the Aviation, Oil and Gas and Utility industries, Jacqueline brings a formidable depth of expertise in operations, business finance, and leadership. An alumna of the Oxford University Senior Executive Leadership Programme, her academic background also includes an MBA and MSc in International Finance and Management, alongside Professional Certification in International Cash Management and Treasury. Throughout her career she has remained dedicated to understanding the dynamics of human resilience within high-pressure corporate environments.
Currently researching the neurobiology of stress as part of postgraduate studies in Neuroscience and the Psychology of Mental Health, and holding a Mental Health First Aid certificate, Jacqueline bridges the gap between the science of the nervous system and the demands of the executive world.
Her transition into the Oxygen Advantage® method was driven by a personal catalyst: a high-altitude challenge on Mount Kilimanjaro where a summit attempt hampered by inefficient breathing sparked a quest for a deeper physiological solution. This led to the discovery of functional breathing as the missing link for bridging cognitive clarity with physical endurance. Today, she integrates these principles into a holistic framework that blends Positive Psychology with data-driven physiological retraining.
Specialising in working with Senior Executive Leaders and high-performing teams who operate in volatile, high-stakes environments, she focuses on improving metabolic efficiency; the internal effectiveness with which the body and brain utilise energy. By retraining the body’s respiratory response, she helps leaders mitigate overthinking, manage chronic stress, and establish a robust Psychological Safety Shield. This approach enables leadership to remain grounded and clear-headed, even under extreme pressure.
Based in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Jacqueline provides corporate workshops and online coaching for senior leadership. She is also available for bespoke in-person sessions and executive intensives for both local and international clientele. Her work is dedicated to the executive niche, providing the physiological and psychological tools necessary to sustain high-level performance, professional resilience, and personal wellbeing.
