From C-Suite Burnout to Sustainable Performance.
For over 20 years, I lived in the high-stakes, high-stress world of high-growth technology companies. As a CTO, COO, and CEO, I understood the demands of peak performance, but I also experienced the profound consequences of chronic stress: complete burnout and depression.
My search for a solution wasn't about a new productivity hack. I needed a fundamental reset.
That reset began when I discovered what most high-performers never learn: I had been breathing wrong my entire career. Shallow, fast, mouth-dominant breathing — the physiological signature of a nervous system stuck in overdrive. Training in the Oxygen Advantage method was the first time I understood that breath is not a background function. It's a lever. By restoring nasal breathing, light breathing, and functional CO₂ tolerance, I could directly influence my energy, my sleep, my focus, and my capacity to handle pressure without burning out again.
My Approach
I teach the Oxygen Advantage method as the foundation: a science-backed system for retraining how you breathe at rest, in sleep, under stress, and during exercise. I complement this with the Wim Hof Method for nervous system regulation and cold exposure, and ground both in the discipline of my Thai boxing practice. The result is a practical protocol built on my 20 years of experience as an executive building high-performing teams and my most important role as a father — a resilient human operating system that serves you in your career, your family, and your life.
