Jason Rice

Jason is an Australian performance and stress management specialist and creator of the Apnea Survival, breath control education system.

He has over 30 years experience as a specialist first responder and vocational trainer, having worked in a variety of high risk and demanding areas of operation.

His work experience, coupled with a lifetime of aquatic and athletic adventuring, suitably qualify him to provide high level education on how to manage stress and fear and perform when the pressure is on.
