I am based in Guatemala, where my work focuses on helping people reconnect with something simple, natural, and often forgotten: their breathing. With a background in Industrial Engineering and Philosophy, I approach breathing as both a practical tool and a way to create more clarity, balance, and presence in daily life.
I found the Oxygen Advantage method at a moment when I was looking for something grounded, evidence-based, and applicable to real life. What stood out to me was how clearly breathing connects the nervous system, attention, energy, and performance. Breathing shapes how we think, how we respond to stress, how we learn, and how we recover, both on and off the field.
I currently teach in Guatemala and work face to face as well as online. My work includes one-to-one sessions, small groups, and workshops. I enjoy working with professionals, corporate teams, athletes, and schools, helping children learn from an early age how breathing can support focus, self-regulation, and resilience. With adults, I work on improving energy management, presence, and mental clarity in everyday life.
At its core, my work is about slowing down enough to listen to the body, using the breath as a bridge between the mind and the way we show up in the world.
