Jean-Sébastien Légaré

My name is Jean-Sébastien Légaré and I completed my studies in journalism at Université Laval in Quebec City, while having played competitively for the Rouge et Or golf team.

Subsequently, I entered the world of professional golf by joining the PGA of Canada where I obtained my Class A certification in 2011. I'm also a golf writer, TV analyst and radio host in Montreal, Canada.

On the other side, my passion for teaching golf and coaching the mental side of the game brought me into the world of breathing. Your mindset will be strong only as long as your physiology will be.

Without control of your nervous system on the golf course, you can't reach your full potential and it's the same for life in general. Breathing is the closest and biggest door to a better control of your nervous system, thus your energy and emotions. Breathing has help me tremendously as a person and as a coach. It became a true passion!

I am looking forward to help anyone who want to get better at what they do. If they don't mind their breathing, they don't mind their own foundation.
