About Me
Jenny Henderson, E-RYT500, Oxygen Advantage Level 1 & Yoga for First Responders® Instructor
For years, I relied heavily on my rescue inhaler to manage asthma, feeling limited in my daily life and workouts. When I discovered targeted breathwork techniques, everything changed. By consistently practicing these exercises, I am now 99% rescue-inhaler free. This transformation inspired me to help others harness the power of their breath—combined with mindful movement and yoga—for health, performance, and resilience.
I am a certified Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Level 1 Instructor and a Yoga for First Responders® Instructor, blending alignment-based yoga with evidence-based breathwork techniques to support first responders, athletes, and anyone seeking greater strength, mobility, and wellness. My approach helps students improve lung capacity, manage stress, increase energy, and cultivate balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My yoga journey began over 15 years ago, helping me restore balance, peace, and health during a chaotic period of my life. Today, I integrate yoga and breathwork to empower students of all levels to build flexibility, strength, and awareness while reconnecting with their bodies and breath.
I offer group classes, small group sessions, corporate programs, and individual programs, available virtually or in person. My teaching blends practical exercises, mindful alignment, and a supportive, approachable style, helping students cultivate discipline, resilience, and well-being both on and off the mat.
I live in Springboro with my spirited yogi daughter and our two blue heelers. You’ll often find us exploring city parks or hiking together, breathing deeply and enjoying life.
