About Me
I’ve been working as a coach for almost a decade, primarily in resistance training, with additional experience in mobility work and boxing. Overtime, my work has naturally evolved to focus more deeply on breathwork, resilience, and mental health, which I now see as foundational to sustainable performance and wellbeing.
I completed my Oxygen Advantage® training in 2025. Alongside breathing, I also use heat and cold exposure as practical tools to support metabolic health, mental resilience, and nervous system regulation. I don’t see these disciplines as separate — they overlap, reinforce one another, and work best when applied in an integrated way.
What truly pulled everything together for me was functional breathing and studying the Oxygen Advantage® method. While I continue to work independently across strength training, breathwork, and environmental stress exposure, I’m increasingly aware that mindset is the common thread running through all of these practices. At the same time, mental health has never been more in need of thoughtful, practical support.
My own journey into this work began through personal experience. A mental health crisis and addiction led me to discover movement as a form of therapy, which ultimately brought me to breathing. Before coaching, I studied Psychoanalytic Theory and Social Psychology at Master’s level, and earlier completed an undergraduate degree in Philosophy. Years later, I’m now consciously weaving those academic foundations back into my practical work — bringing together body, breath, and mind in a way that’s both grounded and critically informed.
