About Me
My name is JP, and I am an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor based in the UK. I work with individuals, corporate teams, and organisations to improve performance, resilience, and recovery through functional breathing.
My background spans leadership consulting, service as an officer in the British Army’s Parachute Regiment and commanding the Red Devils Parachute Display Team. Working in high-pressure environments shaped my understanding of composure, adaptability, and decision-making under stress — all of which are directly influenced by breathing patterns and nervous system regulation.
I was drawn more deeply into breathwork during my own recovery from injury, where improving breathing efficiency, stress tolerance, and recovery became central to restoring performance. The Oxygen Advantage method stood out for its clarity, structure, and measurable approach - it now underpins all of my personal training and teaching.
Alongside my work as an Oxygen Advantage instructor, I am a movement and rope flow coach, integrating breathing with coordination, rhythm, and play. This allows clients to develop breathing skills that translate into real-world performance rather than remaining purely theoretical.
I teach one-to-one and group sessions, online and in person. I particularly enjoy working with professionals and corporate teams who want to optimise performance, increase resilience, and improve focus, recovery, and stress management. As well as clubs, gyms, and teams seeking a practical, trainable approach to improving performance. Whatever your need, reach out and I’d love to see if we can get you and your team breathing better.
