About Me
Holding Master's degree in Child Studies. with over 35 years as an acclaimed educator in Tokyo, Keiko served as a principal, providing vital leadership and administration for schools in Japan’s capital. Alongside her administrative role, she was a dedicated teacher imparting knowledge to generations of students. A significant part of her career involved supporting children facing school attendance challenges (Futoukou) and mentoring novice teachers.
Now, Keiko is passionate about educational consulting, recognizing the profound importance of breathing techniques for enhancing self-esteem, concentration, and realizing one’s potential. As an Oxygen Advantage®️ Instructor, she incorporates breathing re-education into her consultations, assisting individuals in overcoming developmental and mental hurdles while promoting overall well-being.
Keiko firmly believes integrating breathing techniques with quality sleep enables children, parents, teachers, and others to heighten focus, stabilize mental health, and tap into inherent abilities. This holistic approach bolsters self-esteem, self-affirmation, and self-confidence, ultimately empowering individuals to achieve their dreams and lead fulfilling, joyful lives.
Keiko offers private one-on-one sessions as well as small group workshops tailored to individual needs. Clients can opt for a single service or create a customized bundle package spanning half or full days. Additionally, Keiko travels to schools and companies to teach the Oxygen Advantage® technique to larger groups.

私は、日本の首都 東京で、３５年以上、教師や教育管理職として働き、長年の教職経験の中で、不登校の子どもたちや若手教員の支援にも力を注いできました。校長としての経験を生かして、現在は、教育コンサルタントとして活動しています。
呼吸法が自己肯定感や集中力を高め、自分のよさを発揮する手立てとなることを実感するとともに、Oxygen Advantage®インストラクターとして、教育コンサルティングに機能的呼吸法および呼吸再教育を取り入れることで、発達や精神面での課題を乗り越え、総合的な健康増進をサポートすることに喜びを感じています。
