Lisa Trail

Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’ve worked in healthcare for years and have seen how breath, stress, and the nervous system shape recovery and everyday wellbeing.

I now focus on functional breathwork and simple, body‑based practices that help people feel calmer, clearer, and more settled in themselves.

I offer grounded, accessible sessions designed to support regulation and ease in daily life.
