About Me
My name is Louise and I’m a Hertfordshire-based teacher of Yoga and meditation, Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and author of the ‘Sproga’ series of children’s Yoga books.
I am a mother of two, and love introducing children to the wonderful worlds of Yoga, mindfulness, and breath, and often run workshops in schools, clubs and studios.
I also have a background in teaching teenagers and young adults in recovery from trauma, addiction, and other mental health conditions. I have a particular emerging interest in the role of the breath in women’s health, inflammatory disease, and ADHD, and am committed to growing my education in these areas to better serve my clients.
I was drawn to Oxygen Advantage training in particular, for its strong scientific foundation and teaching, balancing out the more spiritual nature in some of my work. My aim is to make my teaching of Yoga and breath work accessible and appealing to everybody; and can easily adapt my approach to suit the individual or groups that I work with.
It is my passion to help both adults and children access stillness, slowness, and inner calm in today’s world of technology, stress, distraction, and busyness.
I work with clients in person or online; 1-1, groups, schools and workplace workshops or presentations.
